Celebrating the art and legacy of Willie BoBo

On Saturday March 7, 2020 at William Grant Still art center, artist/percussionist Marcus L. Miller will be joined by members of his ensembles Project World Drum and the Marcus Miller Ensemble to celebrate the musical legacy of Willie Bobo. Featured special guests include percussionist Eric Bobo (son of Willie and percussionist for Cypress Hill), Angel Figueroa, and Derf Reklaw. In addition there will be an art gallery exhibit featuring the artistic legacy of Willie Bobo.
